This hands-on workshop on values-based decision making will guide your girls in understanding what values are and why they are so critical to developing leaders. We’ll walk through the process of selecting and discussing key values and then use those values to make decisions in specially selected, relatable scenarios.

Dianna Flett, the Founder of Girl Smarts, is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and combat veteran of Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Dianna was recently asked to write a chapter on this very process for the book, The Future Female Leader, edited by Linda Ellis Eastman.
