Chris
Chris Buchko is an attorney and business advisor to innovators and entrepreneurs in research-intensive fields like life sciences and clean energy. He has served as general counsel to multiple medical device companies and co-founded a law firm specializing in intellectual property. Chris has a BS in physics from Stanford University, a PhD in materials science from the University of Michigan, and a JD from Santa Clara University.
As father to a softball-playing student athlete, brother to three accomplished sisters, and son to a groundbreaking mother, he’s thrilled to support the HERicanes mission. When he’s not cheering on the San Francisco Giants or Chelsea Football Club, he enjoys sailing on Lake Michigan.
